How do I return?

• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once a return is received, processed, and credited, you will receive an email confirmation.
• Your banking institution may take up to 7-10 working days for this to be applied to your account.

What items are returnable?

Purchases made on gokyo can be returned with an original receipt within 14 days of delivery. Purchases returned within this time frame will be refunded in the original form of payment.

Terms for returning your gokyo product:

• The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
• Gift Returns will be refunded to the original purchaser. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
