 gokyo is committed to providing quality products to our customers.

 Purchases made on gokyo can be returned with an original receipt within 14 days of delivery. Purchases returned within this time frame will be refunded in the original form of payment. Returns are free on gokyo. Once a return is received, processed, and credited, you will receive an email confirmation. Your banking institution may take up to 7-10 working days for this to be applied to your account.

 Terms for returning your gokyo product:

• The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
• Gift Returns will be refunded to the original purchaser. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

EXCHANGES

To replace your item(s) with a different size, colour, or item please initiate a return for a refund on the original purchase and place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
